We had an epic ancient Greek war in the gym today (ask about it). A new page has been added under the Art tab.  It’s called Stick People, and it was an art project the students were working on today.

The students were treated to a wonderful performance today.  The grade 6 classes presented their musical, “The Magical Land of OZ”.

Congratulations to N.M. and N.R. for an absolutely fabulous job at our school’s public speaking contest!  Personally I thought they were better that all the other speakers 🙂  They were funny, and expressive, and did an amazing job!

The Fractions page has been updated.  There is one piece of homework this weekend, to write a “Simile” poem about themselves.

Grade 5’s will be receiving a booklet today reviewing part of our unit on growth and development (puberty).  Could be a good conversation starter 🙂
